Next, I would like to introduce our unique translation service process to you. Generally, the translation projects we take on will go undergo the processes below before we deliver them to customers.

1. Requirement Analysis: The client is naturally not a translation expert, and sometimes does not truly understand what they need, which requires our project managers to assist them in analyzing what they truly require. What is the translated file supposed to be used for? What is its purpose? Do the customers need to acquire novel information? Is it internal communication among employees at the company? Are they communicating with companies in a different country? Will it be released to the public? Will it be published?

2. Quotations: We seek to realize the most reasonable quotations by combining purpose and budget. This ensures that the customer’s needs are met, and translation costs are controlled. By putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes, we can better serve them as well as embody our philosophy “serving with heart and building trust.”

3. Order Establishment: After reaching an agreement with the customer on price and delivery time, the order is thus established.

4. Pre-translation Processing: According to the document’s original formatting, relevant technical processing is conducted, so that it can be applied to our professional translation tools. High-frequency terms are extracted, a glossary is made, and a termbase is collated after the translation. According to the needs of the project volume, a schedule management table will be developed.

5. Translation: The translation projects, translation memory, and termbases will be created, and then loaded into the projects. The best linguist for the content is matched, and the linguist then uses our professional translation tools for the project.

6. Editing: Proofreading is then conducted by target language experts to fix any mistranslations, missing translations, spelling errors; and unify language styles.

7. QA: QA personnel use professional QA tools to conduct quality inspections to eliminate any translation inconsistencies, numerical errors, spelling errors, and improperly used punctuation marks.

8. Post-translation Processing: Once the draft is finalized, technical processing is performed to generate the translation into a format consistent with the original.

9. Typesetting: For translated manuscripts, DTP staff will apply typesetting to resolve any layout problems, such as clutter and improper fonts, pagination, font sizes, font thicknesses, and font color.

10. Print Confirmation: The typeset document is printed out and confirmed page by page to eliminate any other possible issues.

11. Delivery: The final translation is delivered to the client.
